A Happy Birthday Boy....

...so we had a fairly good day yesterday, despite the fact that Griffin didn't nap at all, and Erin only napped an hour. Usually the twins are TERRIBLE in restaurants, but did very very well last night at Collin's selection...el Amigo...which, incidentally, we had been to this week once already! lol

...so last night I came home and did Alaina's birthday calendar. Though for the element of surprise, it will not be posted here. hehe today, I get some new toys...um TOOLS. firstly, i'll get some paper to add to my Christmas cards. I have already folded 100 cards (yikes!!), and will likely use almost that many. I have such a big family, since both my parents are remarried, and I get on OK with everyone enough to send them a card. Talk to me again once I've paid postage. ;)

...So this weekend? I think that we're going to take a group of boys to see Harry Potter's fourth movie and go to Steak N' Shake. I just have to call everyone to confirm and ask another boy. We shall see. If I'd have known that they were doing midnight showings, I would have seen about taking Collin last night, despite the fact that it's usually against my nature to do such things. We have spent many an hour reading these books, coupled with the fact that it came out on the "morning" after his birthday. Would have been fun. *sigh* oh, well! Other than the party of sorts, we've really nothing planned. Which will give me time to get Aaron to help me get the covers made for these calendars. I'm on a roll! :D

Fun! I hope the twins nap for you better today. Enjoy the movie, you'll have to let me know how it is (we'll probably wait until it's out on dvd like we did with the others).

I love the helmet! Hilarious and very cool at the same time. I can't wait till I get to finally see the movie - Collin said last night he'd go see it a second time with me :-) So hopefully it doesn't suck - ha, right! and get a White Chocholate milkshake at Steak and Shake for me!

I noticed the hat had nutcase written on it...is that a trend that I know nothing at all about? I don't mind getting old but it just seems weird to me that I don't care if I am doing what the IN crowd is doing and wearing...never thought it would happen...but it has.
