I'm An Auntie!

....at least until these little cuties have a good home. I could just scoop them up and nuzzle them! Needless to say, Alaina didn't want to start a guinea pig farm. And anyone who's ever had two guinea pigs of the same sex would let you know that they tend to hump eachother to claim alpha status. Well, we thought that's what Ruby/Rudy was doing. I suppose Alaina failed to notice how incredibly fat Pearl was getting. I would think that she'd have been enormous, as the babies you see are only a few days old! But they are so freaking cute, and will be ready for a new home in a month or so. So let me know if you're in the Indy area and want a guinea pig!
...things are much the same as far as my pain goes. And what I hate most about all this is that I might have to give up karate for a while. Even more so than just going to one easy class a week. And I hate that. So I'm getting nervous and anxious all at the same time for Monday to come. Nervous of what they'll find. But anxious to know what is going on.

Are we allowed to come and cuddle the babies, or are they too little yet? They are adorable! But, no, we don't want any. Sure the kids do, but they don't get a vote on this.

Cute!!! If I lived closer, we'd probably take a couple. Only if you could guarentee they were girls though. I definitely do not need baby piggies!

Keeping my fingers crossed and sending lots of prayers that they figure out the cause of your pain on Monday.

Hey now! In my defense, Pearl really didn't get that big! I bought her when she was a baby, so it just seemed natural how she was growing since she was small when I got her. Apparently, too, if a guinea pig is too old when she has babies, she can die, as can the babies, so maybe it's good she was so young when I got her.

You guys can ome over and cuddle them...just be warned, the mom is pretty protective. She hasn't tried to bite me yet, but she does rush over to them when I pet them. They're so cute, though. And I'm taking them Monday to determine their sex, just in case someone wants to take more than one.

I didn't think I'd be a mom this soon :-) Ha

I am having a breakdown. Are you at the breaking point too? Can you drink lots of alochol with your meds? Maybe we could get smashed together.
