Warning to the Men....Icky Girl Stuff

....so I have the worst cramps right now. I have not had them this badly since I had children.....10 years ago. I just don't want to do anything other than curl up with a heating pad on my tummy, popping advil like candy. In fact, that sounds like such a good thing, I think I'll head off and do that.
