I just lost a good friend of many, many years and it hurts a lot. Sometimes you just have to decide not to "play" with those people who you thought were your friends. That is what I had to do. Everyone said she wasn't a nice person but I had to experience it first hand to find out. I was very sad.

Sorry about your "friend".
It has been said that if you give a friend $20, and you never see that person again, it was probably worth the investment.
