we went to see houses today.....i still love this house that we first saw. it was the first one we went into, and made me rethink that maybe we should go for the gusto now so that we can stay in one house for the next several years....we're talking that we'll be having our GRANDKIDS spend the night with us in this house! to see this house, go to and put in 2440323 in the section that says "to search by street number or MLS". The other houses that we saw today didn't have the potential that this house has for us.

by the way, if you would like to see my house, go to the same website and put 2512145 in the search slot....

wish me luck...and say a few prayers to St. i believe that he is the patron saint of selling a house.... ROFL

St. Jospeh's Day is March 19th, so you might be in luck !!

I noticed, it looks like we have the same stove and microwave !! How funny is that !!

I am so surprised to see the price of homes in your area. SO affordable !! Our house is 1400 square feet, 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage with a laundry room, and we paid $164,805 !!

We visited Dalton 4 times looking for a house before we moved here. During the first visit, the second house we saw was great. I knew I wanted this house. Every other time we came back, we were disappointed at the end of the day. I had our real estate agent take us back to 'our' house. Loved it more each time. That's the house we're in now, and I still love it more than ever!

Good luck!!!

Good luck! My mom told us to bury a statue of St. Joseph in our front yard. They even sell them in boxes marked specifically for that. Us Catholics are a looney bunch.
